Easy Dill and Tartar sauce

Dill Sauce

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon horseradish

1 tsp dill weed or more to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients until well blended. Chill. 

Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

2-4 tablespoons diced sweet pickles or sweet relish

Mix above ingredients until well blended. Chill.
